Hibernian have learned their Scottish Premiership fixtures for the 2024/25 campaign - and will start the season on the road while rounding off the pre-split matches with a home game.
The first Edinburgh derby will be at Easter Road on Saturday, October 26 at 3pm, with the festive fixture taking place on Thursday, December 26 at Tynecastle with a 12.30pm kick-off on Sky Sports. The third meeting between the rivals has been fixed for Easter Road on Saturday, March 1 2025 with a 3pm kick-off.

Hibs' final pre-split fixture is a home game with Dundee on Saturday, April 12 2025 at 3pm.
With Celtic, Rangers, Hearts, Kilmarnock, and St Mirren all in European competition there is every chance fixtures could be rescheduled, depending on how far the Scottish teams progress, and all fixtures are subject to change and TV picks to be made throughout the campaign.
August fixtures
The first league game for David Gray since he was appointed head coach of Hibs is against St Mirren at the SMiSA Stadium on Sunday, August 4, while the first home game is against Celtic at Easter Road on Sunday, August 11 with a 12.30pm kick-off. That game has also been selected for Sky Sports coverage.
The weekend of August 17/18 has been set aside for the second round of Premier Sports Cup fixtures.
Hibs are then due to host Dundee on Saturday, August 24, before travelling to Rugby Park to face Kilmarnock on Saturday, August 31.
September fixtures
September begins with an international break so Hibs' first game of the month is a home game against St Johnstone on Saturday, September 14. The following weekend, September 21/22, is when the Premier Sports Cup quarter-finals will be played, with Hibs next in action on Saturday, September 28 when they travel to face Rangers at Ibrox.
October fixtures
Hibs have four fixtures in October - home games against Motherwell and Hearts on Saturday, October 5 and Saturday, October 26 respectively, and trips to Dundee United on Saturday, October 19, and Ross County on Wednesday, October 30 with a 7.45pm kick-off. There is also an international break scheduled this month between October 7 and October 15.

November fixtures
Hibs begin November with a home game against Aberdeen on Saturday, November 2 - although this is the same weekend of the Premier Sports Cup semi-finals - before hosting St Mirren on Saturday, November 9. Premiership football then pauses for the third international break of the season from November 11-19, with Hibs resuming action with a trip to Dundee on Saturday, November 23 and an away game against Motherwell at Fir Park on Saturday, November 30.
December fixtures
Hibs begin December with a Wednesday night game at home to Dundee United on December 4, with a 7.45pm kick-off, before travelling to face Celtic at Celtic Park on Saturday, December 7. The Premier Sports Cup final has been fixed for Sunday, December 15 with Hibs hosting Ross County at Easter Road on Saturday, December 14. The Hibees' final pre-Christmas match is a trip to face Aberdeen at Pittodrie, before making the short trip across town to face Hearts at Tynecastle on Boxing Day (Thursday, December 26) in a televised Edinburgh derby at 12.30pm. Hibs' final fixture of the 2024 calendar year is a home game against Kilmarnock on Sunday, December 29 at 3pm.
January fixtures
With no winter break, the action continues with Hibs travelling to face St Johnstone on Thursday, January 2 2025 at 3pm before hosting Rangers at Easter Road on Sunday, January 5. They then welcome Motherwell to Easter Road on Saturday, January 11 before a trip to Ross County on Saturday, January 25. The weekend of January 18/19 is likely a Scottish Cup weekend.
February fixtures
Hibs begin February with a home game against Aberdeen on Saturday, February 1 followed by a trip to St Mirren on Saturday, February 15. Hibs then host Celtic at Easter Road on Saturday, February 22 ahead of a midweek trip to face Dundee United at Tannadice on Wednesday, February 26.
March fixtures
March begins with an Edinburgh derby at Easter Road on Saturday, March 1 followed by a trip to Kilmarnock on Saturday, March 15. An international break has been scheduled for March 17-25 after which Hibs host St Johnstone on Saturday, March 29.
April fixtures
Hibs see out the pre-split fixtures with a trip to Ibrox to face Rangers on Saturday, April 5 before hosting Dundee at Easter Road on Saturday, April 12.
