Hibs duo Martin Boyle and Lewis Miller have been included in the latest Australia squad.
Graham Arnold's side will face Bahrain and Indonesia in a World Cup qualifying double-header during the upcoming international break. The Socceroos cruised into the third round of qualification for USA 2026 earlier this year, winning six group fixtures from six against Palestine, Lebanon, and Bangladesh.
As well as Bahrain and Indonesia, the next stage pits them against Japan, Saudi Arabia, and China. Teams play each other home and away, with the top two sides from each group going directly into the tournament, while third and fourth progress to a fourth round of qualifying. The Aussies will be expected to compete for those two top spots, with Japan and Saudi Arabia their most likely challengers.
Miller and Boyle have been mainstays of Arnold's squad, and are joined by a former Hibee in midfielder Jackson Irvine. There's also prominent past and present Scottish Premiership representation in the latest round of call-ups, including Hearts pair Kye Rowles and Cammy Devlin, new Ross County signing Josh Nisbet and ex-Staggie Harry Souttar, plus former St Mirren midfielder Keanu Baccus.

David Gray on the Hibs transfer window challenges he's faced
The Hibs stars' inclusion continues a steady stream of international call-ups at Easter Road. Rocky Bushiri was named in the latest DR Congo squad last week, Kieron Bowie and Murray Johnson will feature for Scotland Under-21s, and Dylan Vente - currently on-loan at PEC Zwolle - received a maiden call-up for Suriname, and could make his international debut against Hibs team-mate and Guyana midfielder Nathan Moriah-Welsh next week. Rudi Molotnikov and Rory Whittaker, meanwhile, will represent Scotland Under-19s in three friendlies in Pinatar in Spain.
Boyle and Miller have been first picks for David Gray since taking over as head coach. Boyle has registered four goals and four assists across Premier Sports Cup and Scottish Premiership outings so far, while Miller helped himself to two goals against Peterhead in the cup group stage.
